WMATCHA & CO. LLC ("we") handles personal information obtained through WTEA (wtea.direct) as follows.

1. Information we collect

• Wholesale, farm-visit and distributor forms: the details you enter (for example name, company, email address, country, what you are looking for, preferred dates, messages) and your choice on the optional email-updates checkbox.
• Email sign-up and partner waitlist: your email address.
• WTEA for Office questionnaire: your answers, your email address and your preference about being contacted.
• With every form we also receive the page from which it was sent.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and handle your request: quotes, samples, farm visits and distributor discussions.
• To send email updates (for example new harvests, pricing and news) only if you ticked the optional checkbox. You can stop them at any time.

We do not use your information for other purposes. If the purposes change, we will tell you beforehand.

3. Disclosure and outsourcing

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.

To receive form submissions we use the service of Formspree, Inc. (United States). Submissions are processed on its servers and delivered to our email. The United States has a different personal-information protection regime from Japan. Please see Formspree's privacy policy for how it handles data.

4. Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how pages are viewed, in statistical form and without identifying you by name. It collects usage information through cookies and similar technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and delete it when it is no longer needed. We manage it appropriately to prevent leaks and misuse.

6. Access, correction, deletion

If you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete the personal information we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Requests to stop email updates are handled at the same address: hello@wtea.direct.

プライバシーポリシー

WMATCHA & CO. LLC(以下「当社」)は、WTEA(wtea.direct)で取得する個人情報を、次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 取得する情報

• 卸売・茶園訪問・販売代理店のフォーム: ご入力いただく内容(お名前、会社名、メールアドレス、国、ご希望の内容、ご希望日、メッセージなど)と、任意のメール配信チェックボックスの選択。
• メール登録・パートナーの先行案内: メールアドレス。
• WTEA for Office のアンケート: ご回答内容、メールアドレス、ご連絡についてのご希望。
• いずれのフォームでも、どのページから送信されたかを示す情報を合わせて受け取ります。

2. 利用目的

• お問い合わせへの返信と対応(見積、サンプル、茶園訪問、販売代理店のご相談)。
• 新茶の入荷、価格改定、お知らせなどのメール配信。任意のチェックボックスにチェックいただいた場合のみ行い、いつでも停止できます。

これ以外の目的には使いません。目的を変えるときは、事前にお知らせします。

3. 第三者への提供と委託

法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

フォームの送信内容を受け取るために、Formspree, Inc.(米国)のサービスを使っています。送信内容は同社のサーバーで処理され、当社のメールアドレスに届きます。米国は、日本とは個人情報保護の制度が異なります。同社の取り扱いは、Formspree のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. アクセス解析

このサイトでは、Google LLC の Google アナリティクスを使い、閲覧の状況を統計として把握しています。Cookie 等を通じて、お名前などを特定しない形で利用情報を収集します。Cookie は、ブラウザの設定で無効にできます。

5. 保管と安全管理

いただいた情報は、利用目的に必要な期間だけ保管し、不要になったら削除します。漏えいや不正な利用を防ぐよう、適切に管理します。

6. 開示・訂正・削除などのご請求

ご本人から、当社が保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除のご請求があったときは、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。メール配信の停止も、同じ窓口で受け付けます: hello@wtea.direct。
